What we collect, and what we don't.
We keep this short because our practice is simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
The information you give us
When you send a consultation brief or contact note, we collect the details you choose to enter — typically your name, a work email, your company and the message itself. We use them for one purpose: to understand your request and respond to it.
Newsletter sign-ups
If you subscribe to one of our titles, that title stores your email address so it can send you its digest. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from that list immediately.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't build advertising profiles from it. We don't pass your consultation details to third parties beyond the tools we use to operate the desk and reply to you.
Retention
We keep consultation and contact messages for as long as the conversation is live and a reasonable period afterward, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time through the contact page and we'll do it.
Cookies
This site is static and runs without advertising trackers. Any cookies present are limited to what's needed to serve the pages.

Questions about your information, or a request to delete it, can be sent through the contact page. A person — not a queue — will handle it.
